Another Super Easy, 2 Ingredient Crock Pot Dinner!

This one I can’t take credit for–I saw a segment on the Today Show a few weeks back that was highlighting easy crock pot meals. I don’t remember exactly how this one was done, so I improvised last week. We loved it, and ate again tonight for dinner!

I put about a 10 ounce chunk of pork tenderloin into the crock pot on low, with about a cup of orange juice and a half of can of whole cranberry sauce (I stuck the other half in the freezer for another dinner;)).

About 15 minutes before we were ready to eat, I poured the juice into a small sauce pan, and left the pork in the crock pot. I simmered the sauce until thick, and served over the pork. So, so, so good!

    Hi Kenna,

Your Aunt Karen told me about your site. I really enjoy reading it. I have a question on this the pork crock pot recipe- how long do you have it in the crock pot? It sounds delicious.

    thanks, Lori

I’m so glad you’re enjoying it! I need to post some more of my favorite dinners…I’m getting behind! Yes, this crock pot meal is my current favorite! I’ve cooked it on high for 4 hours, and have also cooked it on low for 8-10. Both times it turned out perfect! I saw a tip when I watched the Today Show segment that inspired this dish, they said if you want to eat it sooner, you can sear each side of the pork tenderloin and then put it in the crock pot for 2-4 hours. Enjoy:)
